Take me out to the ballgame ...
Everyone in the Kenney house is super excited for the start of baseball (and softball) season so I thought it would be a perfect time to do baseball minis (it's an added bonus that tonight is the White Sox home opener)! Please contact me if you are interested and I'll send you the details and available times. The background is awesome!

Lincoln | Newborn Photographer | Minooka, IL | Jenni Kenney Photography, LLC
I recently had an awesome session with Trisha and Rob and their gorgeous sons, Jaxson and Lincoln! Jaxson loves trains so we thought it would be fun to do the heart out of train tracks but Jax was mad for a brief minute. I love the pouty look he is giving below! I'm such a sucker for pouty lips!
I will never tire of baby smiles! Lincoln loved his wrap!
Grandpa Bruce loves model planes so mom and dad brought the plane into the studio for pictures. Lincoln passed out when it came to these pictures!
Isn't mom so gorgeous?! There's no better place than in mom's arms!
Congratulations again to this beautiful family! Can't wait to watch the boys grow!

2016 Easter Minis Day 2
This day of mini sessions was just as awesome as the first one! The kiddos were so good with the ducklings!
After everyone left - I looked at Mallory and said, "Did you realize that all of the sibling sessions today were ALL brothers and sisters?!" We giggled :)
Here are some of the brother/sister combos
Here are a few of our favorite pictures that were without their sibling (LOVE the picture of Levi with the duckling on his head!!!)
And then we have these cutie pies!
Thank you so much to everyone who came here for their Easter pictures! Mallory and I had a blast capturing your little ones with the ducklings!
Happy Easter!

The BIG announcement!!
In 2008, I started Creative Keepsakes by Jenni Kenney – not knowing what was in store. All I knew was that I truly enjoyed taking pictures and designing announcements, albums, collages, etc. Name changed to Jenni Kenney Photography and design two years later. Even though I had my hands full with my three children and full time job, I just couldn’t help myself and I found myself doing several sessions per week. I didn’t have enough time in the day to get everything done, so I decided to take on less sessions per week in 2015. It broke my heart to see clients that I've worked so hard for go to another photographer. But I knew I was making the right choice by keeping my family my priority.
With all of that said, I am extremely excited to let you all know that I have decided to make photography my full time career (as of April 1st – and I promise, this is not an April Fools joke)! I am going to be able to fully focus on my passion – which is capturing your memories! I have all of you to thank because I could not have done this without all of my wonderful clients who have trusted me over the past 8 years! I appreciate my clients for waiting patiently for sometimes months for an appointment.
Since I will now be doing photography full time (and not having to take sessions during my “lunch hour”), I will be able to offer more locations. I will also be offering more mini sessions! Yay!
I am truly blessed and can’t thank you enough!
Thank you again so much to all of my amazing clients who have made my dream of turning
photography into a full-time career a reality! I am so thankful for all of the people I have met on this journey and am excited to be able to continue watching your families grow. I look forward to all of the exciting things that 2016 brings and in the future of Jenni Kenney Photography and Design!
So the question is … who’s ready to have an even better experience with Jenni Kenney Photography and Design?!
I simply cannot wait to start this new journey with YOU, so keep an eye out for more information!

2016 Easter Minis!!
Phew! One thing's for certain: hosting a mini session is never a disappointment! The hard work that goes into planning always pays off in the end!
My most recent mini session took place this past weekend. The theme was Easter (can you believe this is my sixth year for the ducklings?!) and Mallory and I had over 35 children visit with these little cutie pies.
I absolutely love E. V. E. R .Y. single expression on these kiddos' faces!!! I giggle just looking at them!
Our favorite moment of the day was when Cooper and Peyton actually touched the ducks!! I have been photographing Cooper since he was a few months old and he has always been afraid of them so it was absolutely wonderful to see him actually touch the duck ... he even picked one up! Peyton was such a big girl too by petting them!
This totally reminds me of the Princess and the Frog but I guess it should be the Princess and the Duckling :)
And here are some more fantastic pictures of more gorgeous children ... but without the ducklings.
As you can see from the photos above, we all had a great time! It makes me excited for my next set of mini sessions this weekend!

Meet Brett Jr. - 4 days old
Mom and Dad walked in and told me that Brett Jr. sleeps all day and is up all night ... but not for our session! He wanted to check out what was going on the entire time. He was so stinking cute!
I did get him to sleep for a little bit and got these absolutely precious pictures.
I just love all of those little wrinkles!!
Doesn't he have the most perfect lips? And his toes - I wanted to eat him up!
And look at all of his hair!
Mom and Dad are in awe over their little man! I love how he's peeking out of his blanket!
I wonder what Brett Jr. is thinking ...
There's nothing better than getting lovins from mama!
We finished off his session with the basket - and of course he was wide awake :)

Ahoy Matey
Who is interested in a Pirate themed mini session?! Below are a few images to show you what you can expect. I will provide the treasure chest, gold coins, swords, eye patches, bandana, jewelry, treasure maps, hook, clip on earrings and of course, the location ... you just need to bring the outfit! I recommend a white long sleeved shirt (rolled up or torn), black pants (rolled up or torn), and black vest.

My weekends are booked until the end of September so I thought the next best thing would be a Friday! I will be taking appointments every 1/2 hour between 1pm and 4pm on Friday, July 6th. Email me ASAP to schedule your appointment.
YO HO, YO HO,
A PIRATES LIFE FOR ME
This is the 10x20 collage that comes with the session.
